Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Understand the Model Based Testing (MBT) using ConformIQ by analyzing the requirements of project
  • Ensure thorough testing covering all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for MBT testing as per standards defined by the organization.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing as required.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team.
  • Provide training and support to QA team members.
  • Assign tasks and manage workload distribution within the team.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements.
  • Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback on product quality and usability.
  • Prepare and present detailed test reports and quality metrics.
  • Requirements and skills
  • Experience in Manual and Automated testing of Web based application
  • Experience in Functional, System, Regression testing using Manual and Automated Testing tools like Selenium Web Driver
  • Good hands-on experience in ConformiQ tool for Test Design Automation (MBT)
  • Develop and execute new test scripts using automated Frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium
  • Should have good working knowledge on understanding functional specifications, business requirements, and use cases and translate these requirements into test cases.
  • Experience in Test Management tools like ALM, Jira, confluence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Should have worked effectively within an Agile development methodology and participate in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement etc.
