Position : Senior Software Engineer/Lead Analyst

- Gather the user requirements by closely working with Product owner.
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions using ML algorithms, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Expert in Azure AI Cloud services - ARC, Azure AI Studio, Azure WebApp
- Conduct experiments and run machine learning tests, train models based on requirements.
- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
- Solve complex problems with multi-layered datasets.
- Develop ML algorithms to analyze huge volumes of historical data.
- Manage and maintain complex set of application modules in Python, Java, Angular/React, etc.
- Design documentation and development with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Client interaction.
- Should develop interfaces and perform unit testing, compile & package the application for production release.
- Attending Daily scrum and follow Agile process.

- Excellent understanding in Agile, SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have good experience in vector database concepts, Rest Web Service and Soap Service.
- Integration with CI/CD tools
- Ability to work with cloud technologies, OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in defining and designing the interface based on user requirements.
- Should participate in Release Management and Configuration activities.
- Ability to collaborate with peers and to work cross-functionally with testing personnel in other software teams in multiple locations.
- Should be able to support during application development and application support.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 3 5 years experience of developing AI/ML solutions using Azure AI.
- Good programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Experienced to use Langchain to build AI applications based on LLMs from various providers including Azure OpenAI
- Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, NLG, NLU and Computer Vision
- Ability to write tailorable prompts to meet specific requirements with prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of constructing chain link components for advanced usage. Experience with chaining LLMs, agents, and tool functions.
- Ability to fine-tune different types of models,
- Should have good knowledge on packaging the application in source control tools like GIT/Gitlab/SVN.
- Should have a good knowledge of SQL and able to medium to complex SQL queries with inner and outer joins.
- Strong understanding of OOPs concepts with ability to analyze requirement and transform into scalable software designs.
- Strong knowledge on application security and vulnerabilities.
- Good communication and collaborative skills - ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
Preferred skills
- Experience on Python 3.10+, Core Java, Vector Database.
- Certifications in Agile.
- Experience in integrating with CI/CD (Jenkins/Git/Openshift)
- Experienced in Agile / Scrum methodology and familiar with tools like JIRA
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills with proven ability in collaborating with clients, onsite counterparts, third party vendors & team members.
- Experience in developing applications that supports in Mobile and desktops.
- Experience in Java 8+ and spring boot.
- Good to have knowledge on Docker, DevOps, Angular, NodeJS and ReactJS
