• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and websites
• Manage the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
