Job Title: Senior Software engineer
Position: SAP MM P2P Consultant
Experience: 6 years of experienceQualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Masters of Engineering in Computer ScienceAs a Senior SAP MM P2P Consultant, you are responsible for implementing and optimizing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification. You configure material and vendor master data, ensure seamless integration with SAP FICO, SD, and WM, and manage inventory and supplier performance. Additionally, you streamline invoice processing, automate procurement workflows, ensure compliance with procurement policies, conduct testing (UAT, integration), and provide training and post-go-live support.Must-Have Skills:Design, configure, and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of material master data, vendor master, and procurement-related settings.
Work closely with SAP FICO, SD, and WM teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes.
Configure vendor evaluation, sourcing, and procurement strategies to improve supplier performance.
Optimize stock levels, manage goods movements, and ensure efficient warehouse processes.
Ensure smooth invoice verification and three-way matching with FICO for accurate payments.
Implement SAP workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation for procurement activities.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, procurement policies, and tax regulations.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, resolving issues in SAP MM P2P processes.
Provide user training, create documentation, and offer post-go-live support for continuous improvements.Good-to-Have Skills:SAP Ariba Integration Experience with SAP Ariba for procurement and supplier collaboration.
SAP S/4HANA Experience Knowledge of SAP MM in S/4HANA, including Fiori apps and innovations.
Cross-Module Knowledge Understanding of integration with SAP SD, FICO, WM, and PP.
Automation & Workflows Experience with SAP Workflow, RFQ automation, and approval hierarchies.
