Job Description
ApMoSys is looking for Project Managers to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Plan, initiate, and manage projects from inception to completion within defined scope, budget, and timeline
- Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using project management tools
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability for project milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address issues
- Communicate project status, updates, and reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct project evaluations and ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of risk management and change management practices
- Familiarity with industry-specific project management tools or software
