Expectations/ Requirements
Capable to handle minimum 4-7 TLs, who have 20 to 25 FSE s Base location Geographical knowledge required Allocation of the complaints to the FSE s based on pin codes. He should be aware of the TaT closer (with in the timeline) minimum 48 hours. Team follow-ups on merchants complaints vs closer part Finally, Team productivity responsibility Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area. Resolving merchant queries Drive overall engage merchant base Capable of hiring and building team Set clear team goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operation Monitor team performance and report on metrics Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments Encourage creativity and risk-taking Suggest and organize team building activities
