Title and Summary

Lead Analyst Technical Design and Configuration Fusion Risk Management (Salesforce.com) Overview
Enterprise Resilience are looking for a Technical Analyst to design, configure and implement our Fusion Risk Management Tool (Salesforce).
Main duties include (not exhaustive):-
Partner with others to design and implement the Business Resilience Management System 2.0 (BRMS) solution globally, aligning with relevant certification standards (ISO).
Partner with global Enterprise Resilience staff to understand resilience, guide standardisation and support regulatory compliance.
Train others on their roles and responsibilities within the use of the BRMS.
Position requires strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, ability to define business requirements, partner with other RP Leads in this role.
Championing automation, standardisation, and technical process efficiency within Business Continuity.
Implementation of API s and direct connectivity to other data sources across Mastercard.
Experience & Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of either Fusion RM or Salesforce (SFDC)
Excellent written and spoken English language communication skills.
Experience in design & delivery of management information metrics highly advantageous
Demonstrable experience process workflows and component configuration
Demonstrable experience with End-to-End Configuration of applications, record types, page layouts, sharing and validation rules.
Hands on experience with integration to external systems, MuleSoft, Microsoft O365, SharePoint, One Drive, SOAP API and REST APIs
Hands on experience in fixing critical defects in applications highly advantageous.
Experience with implementation and configuration of enterprise mobile apps
Experience across cloud-based technologies
Experience with implementations/Development of Change Request (CR) advantageous
