Amazon is looking for Content creators and editors who can help train our AI models to deliver fun and satisfying conversational experiences for customers. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the growing field of artificial intelligence and its application in diverse business settings. The ideal candidate must possess excellent and proven writing, editing, time-management, and communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
Proofread and edit AI generated content for truth, bias, grammar, and natural language fluency and based on content guidelines for that project. Approving or rejecting content with reasoning behind the decision.
Create original and engaging content to train generative AI models. Write clear, concise, factually and grammatically correct short sentences or conversations based on Amazon s writing style guidelines.
Analyze trends/ patterns in AI generated content that fails to meet our bar, to help data scientists improve model training.
Calibrate quality of evaluation and writing across the team, providing feedback and training to coworkers
Work closely and collaboratively with product and tech stakeholders to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Chennai, TN, IND, Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Editor, Copywriter, or similar role. Knowledge in grammar, punctuation, style with high attention to detail and native level fluency in English.
Certification in any of the following: Content Writing, Creative Writing, English Literature, English, Literary Arts, Linguistics
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively to escalate any roadblocks
Prior experience of 2-4 years in content writing
Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
