Position Description:About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a highly technical and consultative role requiring a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Financial Services Operations including Disputes, Money Movement, and Case Management and will play a key role in delivering robust solutions that support critical financial processes.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on user requirements and best practicesProvide expert-level technical support for complex ServiceNow functionalitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable technical solutionsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing configurations and customizationsStay current with industry trends and ServiceNow platform updatesMentor junior developers and provide knowledge-sharing support as neededContribute to project planning and may lead specific project initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications:------------------------------------------Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 45 years)Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (especially Case Management, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub)Domain expertise in Financial Services Operations:Disputes resolution workflowsMoney Movement processesCase Management and operational efficiencyAbility to build and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platformExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plusNice to Have:---------------ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or other relevant certs)Experience working with clients in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domainIntegration experience with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsSkills:ServiceNowIT Service ManagementServiceNow DevelopmentServiceNow implementationServiceNow IT Service Mngt~50309,0,47404,0,50313,0,50315,0,50316,0~-->
