Common accountabilities:
  • - Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.
  • - Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments.
  • - May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.
  • Specific accountabilities:
  • Manage application operations for Amadeus Core Services end to end.
  • Manage the full application stack (OS, Data Bases and Data Stores,
  • Application, Links, vNW and the corresponding support functions according to the agreed service levels (internal &
  • external)
  • Service Automation.
  • Change and Release ManagementManage and execute change, release and test processes and drive automation of these processes
  • Problem & Incident Management.
  • Capitalizes on functional and technical knowledge to lead the activity and perform at the highest level.
  • Contributes to build an healthy and collaborative environment, leading by example
  • Expected skills :
  • Skill level
  • Production environment setup experience
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash or YML
  • Cloud technology - AWS (cloud formation, EC2, ECS, Cloudwatch, Lambda, Elastic Bean stalk, S3, Route 53 etc.)
  • Problem solving and debugging skills
  • Exprerience supporting high priority Production issues
  • Monitoring tools experience - e.g. Datadog
  • Devops - CI/CD experience, Github Actions (including scripting) / Circle-CI
  • Hands on in LINUX/UNIXSkills:
