Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: 6 Months contractual & renewable
Salary: 4lpa

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
