Job Description:   1. Responsible for complete manufacturing operations 2. PPC management Improvement in PPC planning (KRA would be to reduce the shipment lead times) 3. Ensure Unit production targets are achieved on daily basis/shift basis. 4. Improve production output per machine/manpower. 5. Improve overall quality levels to achieve zero complaints. 6. Establish process driven operations (Development and implementation of SOPs for every single operations /activities in the plant). 7. Manpower rationalization. 8. Inventory rationalization and management 9. Supply Chain management 10. Oversee New product development and production expansion activities. 11. Costing / pricing validation for all enquiries with the support of costing department. 12. Develop organization and operation capabilities 14. Improve the bottom-line of manufacturing units
