Work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client s unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support. Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. Serve as a project team member or team lead. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements. Align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions. Knowledge working with ServiceNow custom applications and testing
Experience with ServiceNow HR Lifecycle Events
Experience with ServiceNow HR Case Management and Employee Relations
Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent for HRSD
Implementation experience with ServiceNow Legal Services Delivery
Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro
Implementation experience for Financial Services: Disputes, Wires, Workplace Reservations
Experience with Critical Events Management and Visitor Management
Integration testing against best practice standards
Knowledge of ServiceNow test management (recommended)
Automated testing experience (Automate Pro) (recommended)
