We are looking for an E-commerce Store Manager to join our dynamic team and manage our digital store operations efficiently
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital software and SaaS products store
The ideal candidate will manage customer queries related to refunds, subscriptions, and disputes while maintaining high customer satisfaction
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe
Key Responsibilities
Manage all refund queries and ensure timely processing
Handle subscription cancellation requests, ensuring customer retention efforts where possible
Respond to dispute requests on PayPal and Stripe, ensuring fair resolutions for both customers and the company
Generate and share coupon codes with internal teams or customers as needed
Prepare detailed store performance reports (including sales, refunds, and customer feedback) and present them to stakeholders and Product Managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the store's operational efficiency and customer experience
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the store's workflows
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field
Excellent English writing skills for clear and professional communication with customers and teams
Strong analytical skills to generate, interpret, and present store data and reports
Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe) is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing helpful and timely solutions
