Job Description
- Experience developing on SaaS(Software as a Service) based tools (ServiceNow), with focus on implementing ITIL processes.
- Responsible for core ServiceNow software development, configuring, develop solution to meet business needs and lead the team of ServiceNow Developers.
- Implementation & Customization Experience in Service Now on All the Modules especially HRSD (HR Service Delivery), Legal Service Delivery (Legal), Real Estate & Property Management (REPM), Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, HR Management, Legal & Property, Security, Orchestration, ISBIA, Resilience & Continuity and Service Request Catalogue.
- Experience in Service-Now as a System Administrator or Programmer/Analyst.
- Ability to Glide Record, accessing user Information, System Security, Client Scripting & UI policies, Graphical Workflow, Service Catalogue & Catalogue Scripting, Reference Qualifiers & Dependent Fields, Table & Field Manipulation, Import Set, Email Notifications, Transform Maps, Managing MID Tier, Integration of ServiceNow with various third-party tools and Developing and configuring web services in service-now
- Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
- Experience in Service-Now Programming and Analysis and Advanced System Admin
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Process: Knowledge of core HR functions like Employee Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Leave Management, Employee Benefits, and Offboarding.
- HR Service Catalog: Expertise in setting up and managing the HR service catalog, allowing employees to request services or information.
- Performance Analytics: Configuring HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, such as case resolution times, employee satisfaction, or service levels.
- Reports and KPIs: Building detailed HR reports on case progress, employee requests, compliance metrics, and audit trails.
- Data Security and Access Control: Implementing secure access policies for HR cases, documents, and employee data, ensuring compliance with laws like GDPR or HIPAA.
- Legal Case Management: Configuring and managing legal case types, workflows, and resolution processes (e.g., contract review, litigation tracking, or compliance issues).
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Setting up and managing contract management workflows, including contract creation, approval processes, renewals, and audits.
- Property Lifecycle Management: Understanding the property lifecycle including acquisition, leasing, maintenance, and disposal.
- Lease Management: Configuring and managing lease agreements, tracking renewals, compliance, and costing (e.g., IFRS 16 compliance for lease accounting).
- MUST : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Developer, Implementation Certified and Performance & Analytics Certified
