• Experience: 10+ years in leading and managing development teams, providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery.

• Responsibilities:
• Participate in security meetings and lead presentations of technical solutions in architectural forums.
• Build high-performance, scalable, and robust applications.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry-standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to software quality standards and engaging in code reviews.
• Participate in incident awareness and support handling.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Java (core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/Batch), Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins.
• Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and database concepts, including SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery, and XML Query.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, Solace, etc. is a plus.

• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development/project environment.
