Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead our global revenue strategy in the B2B SaaS and data intelligence sectors. In this role, you will oversee enterprise client relationships, lead generation, and the development of a high-performance sales team, while driving our expansion into international markets.
This position is key to defining and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and expanding our presence in the global trade, compliance, sanctions, and funding data space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global sales and GTM strategy for B2B SaaS/data intelligence platforms
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international sales team
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure for enterprise clients
  • Foster strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and decision-makers
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion initiatives
  • Align closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Utilize growth hacking and digital sales strategies to drive conversions
  • Monitor KPIs, CRM dashboards, and pipeline health to ensure sales targets are met
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
  • Conduct regular sales enablement, product briefings, and training sessions

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS/data platforms preferred)
  • Proven track record in international sales and closing large enterprise deals
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), pipeline, and forecasting
  • Skilled in consultative and value-based selling with strong account management skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and leadership abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and planning skills
  • Masters degree from Tier 1/2 institute preferred; MBA is a plus
