Job Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and participation in L&D programs.
- Create compelling campaigns, messaging, and engagement plans to promote learning offerings across multiple channels.
- Leverage digital marketing, social media, and email marketing to build a strong learning culture.
- Analyze learner behavior and engagement metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Design promotional content, teasers, and launch plans for new learning interventions. Learning & Development Support
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and execute innovative learning experiences.
- Assist in content development, curriculum structuring, and learner engagement strategies. Stay updated with learning trends, EdTech tools, and upskilling methodologies to align marketing efforts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption of L&D programs. Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in marketing strategies, branding, and campaign execution Understanding of L&D frameworks, learner engagement, and instructional strategies
- Experience with digital marketing tools, email marketing, and content creation
- Ability to translate learning initiatives into impactful marketing narratives
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in L&D marketing, employer branding, or internal communication Exposure to learning technologies, LMS, and EdTech platforms is a plus
