The Assistant Manager Operations will oversee the process within the BPO Operations sub-process. The role involves team management, attrition management, and preparing daily, quarterly, and monthly reports. Responsible for handling team leads in the telecom domain.

- Team management in Telecom Domain
- Attrition Management
- Preparation of Daily Reports
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
- Handling Team Leads
- Ensuring process compliance
- Performance Improvement Initiatives
- Stakeholder Management
- Resource Allocation
Job Responsibilities :

- Should have experience in Inbound process .
