Job Description

JD:
Ability to interact with Client Stakeholders to understand new Business requirements/Change requests in the Card Management system (GFN) and its surrounding interfaces.

• Ability to Conduct change impact analysis in to assess the potential implications of changes and Documents business rules, functions and requirements.
  
• Identify and prepare a solution document after understanding existing functional/Technical features for any new requirements/CRs which require minimal changes to System/surrounding interfaces.
  
• For both new/Change requests ability to derive High-Level estimates along with justifications and participate in the client prioritization calls.
  
• Perform defect triage for the production support tickets for any functional issues and to produce Solution document that involves minimal changes
  
• Should be able to interpret functional, technical specifications and translate in terms, understandable to the end-developers/QA team. Ability to clarify any product/functional queries to Developers/QA team
  
• Ability to clarify any product related to Product owner/business users.
  
• Ability to support business users on user acceptance testing
