Hexaware BPS hiring for "Assistant Manager Operations - Sales"

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Role Overview:

The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes within the insurance sector, focusing on outbound and inbound sales. Responsibilities include leading a team of 50-60 members, driving sales through upselling and cross-selling, and using advanced MIS skills to analyze performance and improve sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 50-60, setting objectives and providing feedback.
• Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Utilize MIS to generate and analyze sales reports.
• Optimize dialer systems for outbound campaigns.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Conduct regular training and workshops for team members.
• Ensure excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Monitor team leaders' performance and support them.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless sales processes.
• Implement quality assurance and maintain customer service standards.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in insurance sales (outbound/inbound).
• Proven experience managing a large team (50-60 members).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced MIS proficiency.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience in digital/online sales is a plus.
• Additional language proficiency is advantageous.

Shifts timings: 12X7 9 hours 6 days working

Week Off : Rotational Off
