Job Description
- Key Skills: Expertise in Sitecores CMS based headless and head-on implementations involving website information architecture, web and content management, back-end system integrations, and front-end-development frameworks. Proficiency with SaaS version of Sitecore products specifically Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore Personalize, Sitecore Search, Sitecore Send, Sitecore Connect etc. Proficiency in Headless CMS implementation using modern UI such as Next.Js, React etc. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, etc.) Hands-on-Experience working on .NET Stack of technologies such as .NET Frameworks and Design Patterns, MVC Architecture, ASP.NET Core, C#, Razor, Rest APIs and services. Hands on Experience in deploying and hosting a headless frontend solution on a Frontend Hosting Platform such as Vercel. Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and middleware technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, etc.). Experience in migrating from older legacy CMS platforms to new target CMS platforms. Experience in implementing component level personalization using Sitecores Personalize module or independent tools. Experience in integrating with enterprise level 3rd party systems such as Search, DAM, Identity access Management system etc. Proficient in Code Deployment and management tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub. Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies such as Azure and AWS Active and recognized member of the Sitecore community. Sitecore XP and XM Cloud Certified Professional Developer. Highly Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodology ways of working. Knowledge of AI powered tools such as GEN AI for .NET using CoPilot (This will be a plus) Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture and development of Cloud based Sitecore SaaS solutions for customers corporate websites. Serve as a specialist and subject matter expert with a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing CMS-based solutions. Proficient in designing and architecting .NET-based website applications expected to be hosted on SaaS-based Digital Experience Platforms (content management systems) specifically Sitecore XM Cloud. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise level Sitecore solutions using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP). Minimum 2+ years of proficient experience in hosting websites on Sitecore XM Cloud (SaaS) platform. Perform Content Modelling / Blueprinting / Information Architecture. Responsible for the overall design, architecture, and implementation of the applications Minimum 10+ Years of experience in developing web applications based on .NET C#, MVC / ASP.NET Core framework. Must have done at least 2 Sitecore enterprise implementations in the capacity of an Architect. Excellence in gathering and understanding requirements of clients & other multiple stakeholders (at strategic and tactical levels), followed by translation into functional specifications as well as provisioning of suitable solutions Architect large-scale CMS-Based solutions, including creating logical and physical design of system components such as CMS components, templates, workflows, content governance, server architecture and communications frameworks. Should be able to evaluate and assess current state of architecture, analyze platform and solution gaps, and provide recommendations for new website onboarding and migration, improve maintainability, performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with clients business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and convert them into architecture and low-level design. Proactively address challenges related to security, data privacy, and compliance to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and security requirements. Develop contingency plans to address migration risks and potential disruptions. Ensure design/architecture meets internal/client recommended standards Create high-quality design documents. Knowledge and practical experience with setting up DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment is a plus. Identify potential technical risks early in the solution development process and provide mitigation strategies.
