Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering
- 3 8 years of work experience in Java and Unix development
- Preference given for any experience in supporting finance or billing projects in banking domain
- Must have extensive work experience with Unix, SQL and Oracle database
- Exposure to support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) application.
- Good hands-on experience on Java development and analyzing existing Java code
- Must be well versed with the Unix shell scripting
- Hands on experience on control-M scheduling tool for batch monitoring
- Ability to resolve issues/troubleshoot application in a high-pressure & time critical environment.
- Exposure to Agile practices (Scrum /Kanban)
- Self-motivated to learn and work in challenging environment
- Strong written/verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good programming and debugging skills
- Strong analytical, design thinking and problem-solving skills
