Job Description:
We are hiring a Team Leader Collections to manage a team of agents in a call center environment. The role involves monitoring team performance, ensuring collections targets are met, handling reports, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of collection agents
Track daily productivity and team performance
Prepare and share MIS reports (TAT, allocation, pending cases, etc.)
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of cases
Handle escalations and support training needs

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in collections/call center operations
Strong team handling and reporting skills
Good communication and leadership qualities
Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
