Job Title:
Senior Finance Manager
Location: Kinshasa, DRC
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 15 to 20 Years (Only Indian Experience Considered)
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance operations overseas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, fund flow, and compliance within a large corporate setup. This role requires leadership in strategic decision-making, optimizing cost controls, cash flow management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, reporting to senior leadership and ensuring financial health and sustainability of the organization. Prior experience in handling audits, internal controls, investor relations, and cross-functional coordination is essential. Exposure to global financial practices and ERP systems is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate / CA / CMA / CFA
Age Limit: Upto 45 years
Experience: 15 to 20 years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years in a leadership position in a large corporate house
Preferred Background: Candidates from retail or manufacturing with strong exposure to corporate finance, treasury, compliance, and reporting
Core Skills: Financial strategy, budgeting, ERP (SAP/Oracle), leadership, cash flow management, statutory compliance, team management
Mobility: Ability to relocate and manage multi-location finance operations
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $2500 $4000 USD (Based on experience & capabilities)
