Job Description
- Drive the automation of critical processes to enhance efficiency in Billing and Collection operations.
- Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows using advanced technologies such as AI and digital transformation tools.
- Align individual and team performance metrics with corporate objectives.
- Identify talent development opportunities within the team to foster growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, to address operational challenges and deliver high-impact projects.
- Own responsibilities and ensure clear communication with stakeholders to deliver commitments on time.
- Propose and implement structural improvements to optimize organizational efficiency and performance.
- Lead and drive change initiatives to improve process effectiveness and overall business outcomes.
- Drive projects independently, taking full ownership of deliverables and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in VBA and working knowledge of MySQL/SQL is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP applications and financial software tools.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Billing, Finance, and Economics principles.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Financial Services.
- Process & Risk Management:
- Expertise in Process Improvement and Risk Management methodologies.
- Project Management:
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within budget and timelines while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in driving AI-driven projects and applying expert-level subject matter knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to drive change and deliver under pressure.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
