Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses.
Utilize Informatica tools to create and manage data integration workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Implement and optimize data pipelines in Snowflake, leveraging its cloud-based architecture for scalable and efficient data storage and processing.
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, workflows, and systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and cloud technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on ETL processes, Informatica, and Snowflake.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Snowflake.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other data integration tools and technologies.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Certification in Snowflake or Informatica - Optional
