Product Manager - Digital Authentication @ V-Konnect Associates

Job Description

This role will be part of the Customer Identity & Authentication Product - 'Secure Transactions" - within the JP Morgan Chases' (JPMC) Consumer and Community (CCB) Line of Business.

The Secure Access Area Product team's objective is to support the delivery and maintenance of seamless and secure 'front-door access' (login, password reset, caller authentication) experiences to customers as they navigate the JPMC experience channels Digital (Web, Mobile, App), Voice (Call Centers), and In-Person (Branches) while continuing to advance the organization s authentication capabilities.

You will be reporting to the Area Product Manager (APO) and work alongside other Product and Project Managers in a product management role while being supported by our Tech/Design/Architecture/Data team members and partners.
As a VP Product Manager you will help the team with discovery, business analysis, epic and story writing of Secure Access initiatives while furthering your expertise on security in general, multi-factor authentication, takeover (ATO) prevention, device recognition and trust, biometric authentication, document scanning hardware evaluation, callerID enhancement/spoofing prevention, One-Time-Password delivery and management etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage existing product features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features in your domain to advance the product roadmap
• Define features in detail: write epics, collaborate on user stories, define acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product area group as a team member
• Act as voice of the customer in your domain and help drive product vision
• Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
• Support feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research and other duties as assigned
• Support Product Owner and Area Product Owners with developing business cases and/or measuring/improving operational results
• Identify and partner with business stakeholders to implement changes in operational policies, process flows, procedures, and specialist tools and customer messages

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills (Max. 7 bullet points)

• 5+ years of Business Analyst and/or Product management and delivery experience
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience
• Sharp analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams
• Good knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.)
• Ability to manage backlog and dependency tasks within our (Auth) Product and with external Products
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and time management skill

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills (Max. 4 bullet points)

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Management or comparable field of study
• Agile/Scrum certifications a plus
