SAP SF and HCM @ DXC Technology

Job Description:

• SF Implementation Experience - min 5 yrs.
• One or more implementation experience in SAP SF projects
• Support Experience - min 2 yrs (supported the SF And HCM implementation).
• Experience in BIB integration is added advantage from SF to SAP HCM
• Good knowledge in SAP HCM

Functional Proficiency:

• Effectively handle difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems without the need for supervisory intervention
• Deep and comprehensive HR process knowhow, especially Employee Central
• Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions
• Experience and knowledge of Employee Central EC including implementation strategies data and reporting.
• Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs.
• Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution.
• Design Configuration workbook giving Proof of Concepts Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Trouble shooting in replication errors.
