Job Description:

JD for WD Time tracking functional position.

• Substantial project implementation/Configuration experience in Workday Time tracking module is a must.
• Good knowledge and experience in Workday functional areas like Core HCM and Absence
• Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules and Accrual Calculations
• Configuration knowledge on Worker Eligibility, Business Processes (i. e. Approval, Notifications, Alerts, Validations) , Work Schedule Calendar setup
• Knowledge in Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Time Tracking technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience
• Detailed understanding of Workday HCM and Absence / Time Tracking processes and best practices
• Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions according to customer requirements
• Workday core HCM /Time tracking/ Absence certification preferred but not mandatory
• Manage technical design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of Workday
• Lead/work as part of a team, helping to solve complex problems, configure solutions etc from strategy to execution
