Job Description
- Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analog Design Engineer with 6+ a solid foundation in analog circuit design fundamentals and hands-on experience in high-speed SerDes systems The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core analog building blocks and extensive experience in designing and validating high-performance, low-power analog circuits used in CHIP to CHIP Communication interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits including: RC circuits, Operational Amplifiers (Opamps) Bandgap References (BGR), Low Dropout Regulators (LDOs) Comparators, Bias Circuits, and Pole-Zero Compensation Techniques Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs), Voltage/Current Controlled Oscillators (VCO/DCO), Charge Pumps (CP) Architect and implement high-speed SerDes components: Continuous-Time Linear Equalizers (CTLE), Variable Gain Amplifiers (VGA) Summers, Decision Feedback Equalizers (DFE), and Transmitter Drivers (Tx Drivers) Design and simulate analog blocks in advanced CMOS nodes with attention to power, area, and performance Perform schematic design, layout supervision, and post-layout simulations Collaborate closely with layout, digital, and verification teams throughout the design cycle Participate in silicon bring-up, validation, and debug Document design specifications, simulation results, and test plans Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field Strong grasp of analog fundamentals and building blocks Proficient in analog simulation tools(e.g., Spectre, HSPICE, MATLAB, Cadence Virtuoso) Familiarity with mixed-signal verification and behavioral modeling (e.g., Verilog-A/AMS) Working knowledge of CMOS process and layout best practices Experience in designing or supporting high-speed SerDes systems(e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet etc Understanding of signal integrity, jitter analysis, and equalization techniques Desirable / Preferred Experience Prior work on PAM4-based Tx/Rx designs Tapeout experience with high-speed analog/mixed-signal IP Hands-on experience with lab testing, measurement equipment, and debug(e.g., oscilloscope, BERT, VNA) Exposure to digitally assisted analog design techniques Why Join Us Be part of a world-class engineering team innovating in cutting-edge communication technologies Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects with industry impact Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth path,
