Inviting applications for the role of Process Developers - Supply Chain Materials Planning. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Planner to join our team at Genpact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing materials for service operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent time management abilities, and a deep understanding of material requirement planning. Responsibilities Monitor & Forecast Aged Demand: Analyze demand forecasts, aged supply data, Forecasting & Providing solutions to reduce aged transactional data in Oracle to anticipate upcoming levels of demand for services and materials. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking by coordinating with suppliers. Documentation: Document all material planning processes and procedures accurately MoM monitoring KPI matrix. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and transportation optimization. Proficient in using supply chain planning software and tools (e.g. ORACLE GLPROD, Oracle Demantra, Salesforce & SPM (Service parts Management demand planning software) Experience in using Advanced Excel, SQL & Power BI Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
