Inviting applications for the role of Sr Manager- Business Analyst Responsibilities Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. Review and Test developed solution vis--vis requirements Understand business requirements and support in data exploration, classification, feature engineering Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood Create process models, specifications , diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers and /or the project team Develops and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications. Have worked on Projects related to Service now and Power BI development Manages and track status of requirements throughout project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary Communicate, Translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders: Assists with interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to business stakeholders Research, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Excellent Communication skill and effectively interact with business user Ability to understand a customers needs Experience eliciting business requirements based on business imperatives Working experience with MS Office, MS Visio, Office365 or similar collaboration tools Project Management using Agile/waterfall methodologies (O).
