Customer Support Executive Immediate Joiners | 0.6 to 3 Years Exp | KreditBee (NBFC)
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at KreditBee. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries and ensuring a smooth experience with our financial products.
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries about loans, repayments, and account management.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Product Guidance: Explain features, benefits, and usage of KreditBee products in a simple and friendly manner.
Customer Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our services.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams like technical support, product, and compliance to resolve customer issues effectively.
0.6 to 3 years of experience in Customer support / Voice Process.
Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory) English and any South Indian languages.
