Job Description
Urgently hiring Plant In-Charge and supervisor for a Recycling plant at Nashik location.
Must have experience in Waste Management plant and recycling process.
As a Production Manager/Supervisor at the Recycling unit, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. You will play a key role in managing the production team and implementing best practices to enhance overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement shop floor / production schedules to meet client demand and optimize resource utilization. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of recycled materials. Team Management: Lead and supervise the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality recycled materials. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any deviations from quality standards. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency measures to enhance productivity. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for optimization. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the production facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Resource Management: Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets cost-effectively. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a steady supply of raw materials. Ensure a seamless inward and outward dispatch of material while working on minimizing any downtime of extraction process and material movement.
