Job Description

Role-Team Leader

Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.

  • Area/ Geography Mapping.

Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Should work closely with his team members on geography mapping. Should audit and review the progress of area mapping on regular intervals and share the progress report with his superiors.

Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competency

  • Knowledge of the entire geography.
  • Ability to plan and strategize the geography mapping.
  • Ability to use tools and resources to identify potential areas and sources.

KPI

  • 100% - 90% area mapping = 10, 80% - 90% = 8, 70% - 80% = 6, 60% - 50% = 4, <50% =0
  1. Source Relationship Management.
    • Relationship Management- Is responsible for managing the relationship with all sources of his team and geographic area.

Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency

  1. To identify the problem and expectations of the sources with low LSR, SLR and MS.
  2. Knowledge and ability to use various tools which can be utilized to improve relationship and ratios.

KPI :

  • Source Relationship Management 80 100% = 10, 60 80 = 8, 40- 60 = 6, < 40 = 0
    • Mutually defined LSR,
    • SLR and
    • MS is achieved

 

  1. Audit / Relationship / Coaching Calls
  • Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Source visits and Sales calls.

Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency

  1. Product Knowledge own and competition
  2. Ability to handle objection raised by  customers and sources
  3. Ability to use various tools to address customer and source queries
  • No. of audit / relationship calls by TM in a month: 80 100 calls= 10, 60-80 calls = 8, 40 60 calls = 4, < 60 calls = 0
  1. Channel Partner Recruitment

Responsible for validation and empanelment of channel partners

Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competency

  • Knowledge of BSA empanelment process.
  • Ability to identify the potential channel partner
  • Ability to identify whether the BSA falls within the norms and category defined.

KRA Description   

Channel Partner Recruitment of the agreed target - 80 100% = 10, 60 80 = 8, 40- 60 = 6, < 40 = 0

  • Performance on agreed LSR, SLR and MS to be achieved for the channel partner
  1. Team Huddle

Responsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down.

Completion of all three sections 100% = 10, 33% - 67% = 6, 0% - 33% = 0

  • Knowledge of daily morning huddle process
  • Ability to conduct team huddle
  1. Weekly Team Review

Responsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and weekly completion of Sales Patri II.

  • Knowledge of sales process
  • Ability to conduct reviews
  • Ability to analyze

KPI

  • 100% implementation of Goal Sheet
  • 100% completion of Sales Patri II
  1. HSPL Hub Co-ordination

Responsible for coordination with credit team on the logged in loan applications and update status to his team members.

Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competency

  • Knowledge of CREST process
  • KPI :Qualitative Day Plan Day of the Month Activity

1st & 16th  Town Halls 2nd 5th

Goal setting & strategy meet with TL

Activities 5 days

Days available for source visits 20

Total expected visits 80 ( 40 joint calls + 40 source visits)
