Job Description

Education: Open to any graduates or postgraduates.

Experience: 2+ years experience is required.

Excellent Communication Skills: Mandatory.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts: Mandatory.

Customer Handling / HRO Experience: Preferred (not mandatory).

Immediate joiners preferred (candidates with more than 15 days notice period are not eligible).

Handle HR operations processes such as onboarding, documentation, employee support, etc.

Interact with internal teams or international clients for HR-related queries.

Maintain records and data accuracy within HR tools and platforms.

Ensure smooth communication and timely task delivery.

TA/recruitment candidates are still accepted, but it is NOT a Talent Acquisition (TA) or recruitment role.

Candidates must be available for the Face-To-Face Interview, Mysore. On 17th May, Friday.
