Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and professional appearance

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing emails

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Coordinate with internal departments for visitor management and meetings

Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
