Grassroots Solution & Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Seller Support Executive. Join one of Indias top BPOs and be part of a fast-growing team that supports sellers through voice and digital channels.

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with a passion for customer service and digital support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with sellers via calls, emails, or chats to assist with their queries.

• Provide support and guidance related to online advertisement performance and campaign management.

• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex queries as required.

• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

• Maintain a consistent and professional tone representing the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree is mandatory.

• 02 years of experience in the following areas preferred:

  • Customer Support

  • Sales

  • Digital Advertising

  • E-commerce

  • Cold Calling

• Certifications in digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are a plus.

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi is essential.

• Knowledge of any additional regional language is an added advantage.
