Job Description

- Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients through regular communication and personalized service

- Understand the financial needs of NRI clients and recommend suitable banking products and services

- Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and upselling NRI banking products and services

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by NRI clients

- Keep up-to-date with the latest NRI banking products, services, and market trends

- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to NRI clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with NRI clients in the bank's CRM system
