Role

As the Executive- Rides & Communities, you will be a part of the Marketing and will report to Lead- Rides & Communities. The purpose of your role will be to strategize, develop & manage all Premium brand engagement, rides, community building, expeditions, launch events as per the overall R&C plan. The key objective is to position the Hero brand in premium space ahead of Big Bikes launches.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Establish & drive Marquee properties
• Develop new & out of the box ideas for new launches- Xdrags, Xtracks, and Xclan
• Managing day to day movement of capitalised bikes
• Complete ownership of bike servicing & planning
• Amplification of on-ground activities, Creating social media moments, Testimonial
• Lead college activations for premium to reach to the right Target group

A Day in the life

The purpose of your role will be to strategize, develop & manage all Premium brand engagement, rides, community building, expeditions, launch events as per the overall R&C plan. The key objective is to position the Hero brand in premium space ahead of Big Bikes launches

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing
• 8-10 years of experience in customer engagements, events and activations
• Should have worked on client side as well as agency & have on-ground competence
• Previous experience in automobile domain, two-wheeler preferred

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Previous experience in handling relevant large scale projects & managing senior stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excel at multi-tasking & manage all internal as well as external stakeholders like vendors, suppliers, agencies etc.
• Business Acumen
• Analytical Mindset

Behavioural Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
