Job Title: Executive Trainee

Location: Madhya Pradesh, MULTAI, Jabalpur, DEWAS, NARMADAPURAM, Mandla, Nasrullaganj, Indore, Dhar, and RATLAM. 

Eligibility: 

Post graduation, Bsc Agriculture, Btech, LLB candidates (Graduation should be regular and there should not be any backlogs at the time of interview and joining), with a preference to candidates specialized in Rural Development /Rural Marketing / Sales & Marketing, with mind set to serve rural population of India & willingness to work in field. 

Age criteria -Age should not exceed 26. 

Primary Role: 

Business Development, Banking Operations, Portfolio Quality, New Clients Acquisition, Performance and Statutory & Regulatory Compliance 

Pre-Requisites for Selection: 

• Willingness to work in field/ rural areas.
• Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills
• Good in Analytical Skills
• Integrity
• Good Sales & Business Acumen
• Service Orientation
• Target Orientation

Remuneration: 

Rs. 3 Lakh CTC (Cost to Company) + you will be eligible for the incentives based on your performance. 

Statutory deduction will be applicable***
