1. Required Ex-2 to 6Yrs.

2. Skill Set- Technical Support, Windows, VMware, Citrix, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM, Exchange, o Microsoft office 365, Citrix VDI.

3. Work from Office

4. Job Location-Noida/Bangalore

5. Shift- 24*7

6. Notice Period- Immediate to 60 days

Key Responsibilities-

• Understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO, and DNS.
• Basic knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
• Understanding of enterprise anti-virus solutions, endpoint data protection, and encryption
• Citrix VDI, XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud
• VMware Horizon
• Azure Virtual Desktop
• Microsoft End Point Manager
• SCCM Client Repair/Install/Uninstall/ Patch Remediation/ Monitoring
• Intune / MEM
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals: Microsoft 365, Exchange, & SharePoint
• PowerShell & Exchange Server: Message Distribution
• Microsoft office 365, Exchange 2010,2013,2016, 2019 on-prem environment and Clients-Outlook (All versions), OWA, mobile device management
• Microsoft Office, Adobe, Avaya, Zoom, Ivanti etc.
• Installation/Un-installation & troubleshooting.
• Configuration, Installation, Setup etc.
• Intune, MFA Setup.
• Remote Wipe, Office products on mobile device
• MAC Setup & troubleshooting.
• Printer mapping/installation.
• Browser issues troubleshooting, basic OS troubleshooting.
• DUO setup & troubleshooting.
• VPN Application issues, troubleshooting, certificate installation etc.
• OKTA/MFA Defender troubleshooting.
