We are hiring for IT Recruiter / Non IT Recruiter - Fresher
Role: IT Recruiter / Non IT Recruiter
Location: Thane East.
(Looking for candidates residing nearby Thane)
Walk in Interview
Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Interview, Selection, and closing.
2. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job
descriptions, and position requirements.
3. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
4. Manage on boarding and new hire process.
5. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
6. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and
regulations.
