Accounts and Finance Manager

We are looking for highly talented Accounts and Finance Manager to join our client on immediate basis.
Location: Thane

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Manage expenditure and project revenues to ensure better financial management.
Coordinate accounting functions and programs as a team player.
Maintain accurate records with balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of nonCompliance.
Comply with all legal requirements related to finance and accounts.
Prepare reports and perform analysis on balance sheets, income statements, changes infinancial positions, and budget variances.
Understand and comply with all types of taxes and compliance requirements including GST and TDS.
Identify abnormalities in business and report them.
Maintain financial health of the company.

Requirements:
Strong understanding and experience in finance and accounting management
Excellent team player with a positive attitude towards financial management
Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of Non-compliance
In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to finance and accounts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and perform analysis on Financial data
Familiarity with all types of taxes and compliance requirements, including GST and TDS
Ability to identify abnormalities in business and report them to senior management
Strong track record of maintaining financial health of previous companies worked with.
