Project Delivery:Using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, leading design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in multiple areas of S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.Leading teams in client facing roles in design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led Supply Chain transformation to overcome client's business challenges.Networking and Business DevelopmentCreate and manage good independent relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersSupport project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioningSupport practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunitiesSupport Accenture's pursuits related to S/4HANA Supply Chain opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information.Developing Thought Leadership and AssetsSupport/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation, Innovation to SAP led transformations.Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business in S4 HANAInnovation and Knowledge ManagementStrong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous improvement of the processes.People ManagementSupport internal capability development through robust training mechanism (design curriculum/deliver sessions).Encourage Cross Skilling of the team members in S4 HANA led areas.Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing & Sales processes is desirable.Experience for S4HANA functionalities:EWM/TM/PP/SD/MMAdditional knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology is desirableImpeccable team management skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholdersAbility to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.Strong analytical and writing skills to build viewpoints on industry trendsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsCross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentAbility to travel on a short notice.Read more about us.
QualificationsYour experience counts!Bachelors degree in Engineering with good academic recordMBA / Masters degree in Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 College (Preferable)9 - 13 years of relevant post qualification experience.5-6 years of experience in Team Management roleMinimum of 3 years large scale SAP consulting experience and managing multiple work-streams in a consulting environment.Good, in-depth experience in working in one or more of the following areas:S/4 HANA led Solution Roadmap and Design:Ability to understand and address clients supply chain related pain points and advise best possible solution with S4 HANA at core.Functional multi-module experience in S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM with minimum 6-8 end-to-end project implementations.
Understanding Clients Ecosystem and Architecture Advisory: Experience of integrating SAP S/4 HANA Solution with clients various business applications.Should be able to assess the impact & risks and provide value propositions of implementing the SAP HANA solution.The candidate should have experience in analysing the AS-IS status and proposing the TO-BE SAP HANA Architecture
