Job Description

Position: Delivery Head OR Vice President

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida

Experience: 18+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale IT engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Oversee projects with budgets exceeding $20 million, ensuring financial and operational success.
Supervise teams of 100+ members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop and implement engineering processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Travel as required to meet project and client needs.

Expectations:

Must have at least 5-8 years of development experience in the past.
Project Management: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing large teams and delivering complex projects.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
Experience in engineering background companies/projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
