TL;DR We need an exceptional-exceptional senior AI engineer who will be part of founding team and build the company alongside us. You need to be someone who has done amazing research and deployed large. scale useful AI products on cloud services like GCP/AWS/Lambda Labs etc. You are super passionate about the recent developments in AI and love to follow it with your heart. Brownie points, if you have lead technology or ML at an AI focussed startup previously. We offer very competitive salary + generous stock-options. About the role Lead and oversee AI research and development activities at Unstudio, Training and deploying large scale deep learning and generative AI models for visual content Responsible for deployment and scalability of AI models on the cloud services like AWS/GCP AI is moving very fast. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning and AI research Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our suite of products. Provide technical leadership and guidance in AI-related decision-making processes. About you Previously lead Technology or Machine Learning preferably at an AI focussed saas startup Solid background (3 + years) in AI research and deployment preferably at a AI focussed startup/lab or company Previous demonstrable experience fine tuning /training LLMs & Diffusion based models Some experience hiring and building world-class technology teams Proven expertise in deploying AI models on the cloud like GCP/AWS/Azure, ensuring scalability and performance. Experience working with image and video data and relevant libraries PIL, OpenCV, FFMPEG etc. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and its application in design
