What you will do: Be the advocate of the end-users and be ready to speak about the collective needs of your users Present and demo design solutions to validate concepts, secure stakeholders buy-in, and keep teammates and other collaborators well-informed on the design progress and decisions Utilize customer feedback, competitive analysis, market research to create user-centered design solutions Deliver high-quality artifacts including wireframes/storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to support different product teams Conduct usability testing to access user experience and provide optimal solutions Effectively communicate your design decisions to stakeholders and product team members through research and analysis Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering team members to implement a delightful user experience Employ the design system to unify the product presentation and behaviors Requirements: Ability to work independently and remotely Contribute to. the design of useful, usable, and viable digital products in a team environment Problem-solving aptitude Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Analytics and business savvy Ability to transform complex business problems and technical requirements into simple, delightful customer experiences Develop wireframes and prototypes based on research findings and customer needs in a timely fashion Utilize design thinking process and techniques to curate the user experience from conception to release Proficient in Adobe XD and Miro Familiarity with Agile processes and tools, such as Jira and Confluence Familiarity with Material Design and or other design systems Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with Human-Centered Design At least 2-5 years of experience in the field A portfolio or samples of works to demonstrate problem-solving skills and design process
