Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and ensure software quality.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software usability and functionality.
- Take an active role in evolving the product strategy and roadmap.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Up to 5 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in various testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of test frameworks, automation tools, and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Prior experience with enterprise applications like PLM, ERP, CRM, or other interconnected business systems is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
